The Latin American, African and Islamic countries are no surprise to me. But Thailand and the Philippines not so much

A large number of Muricans that I've met in Asia were alcoholics and some looked/talked like sex addicted freaks.
So I wouldn't say that Thailand, and much less Philippines, dislike Americans... but it just looks like a large bunch of Americans that goes there are not their best individuals.

Greece is an outlyer due to some isolated incident, probably. That country is just very fine to visit.

Ukraine is also just fine. That one victim might have been a war front journalist in the East of the country.

I would still visit those two.

American is a nationality of kings. The US being relatively unsafe in some parts, they are fearless and all the world is fine with their visiting, except for some exceptions like North Korea or Iran (safe to visit, actually, but no thanks for me). Russia even would be fine to visit, despite poor relations.
