We have a lot of central americans in Spain, they come here by plane with tourist visas and don't return to their countries. So I don't see why not some africans can't migrate to america. After all the mediterranean route for illegal immigration from Africa to Europe is the most lethal in the world, and African overpopulation is simple too much for little and crowded Europe.
