Everybody and his mother can get a Dutch passport these days. All you need is to be here for 5 cons. years. It doesn't make you Dutch and screw the EU. That little burgundy booklet (it should have been blue like in the old days) now has about the same value as the Zim dollar. No, wait, the Zim dollar is infinitely more valuable.
