Chinese, probably because they put way more sugar into their dishes, although I'd take a good butter chicken over most Chinese stuff, but most Chinese stuff over the vegan/spicy Indian food.
The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.
divided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpine

Here most chinese restaurants have shitty kitchens that are gross asf and dirty asf.... they're always terrified of health control lol

But I don't think it's just because of that... It's also because of the ingredients they use and bc most are deep fuckin fried lol They're generally rlly salty, oily, fat, etc...

Indian food is just healthier IMO

Other than hyderabadi biryani, south indian food is generally not my favorite, especially the breakfast items.

Indian food. Chicken Madras, Pilau rice and a Keema naan. Yum.

If I'm not feeling like hot food. Then I like butter chicken.

Chinese. Chinese food really made some in-roads here (but usually in the form of Indonesian-Chinese/Indo-Dutch fusion dishes).

Wake up and smell the coffee.

I am more insecure with Chinese food, after reading they use a lot of food additives like msg (neurotoxins) in their often fried food.

On the other hand Indian cuisine uses a lot of turmeric and similar spicies so it feels safer.

But as far as taste is concerned I like both cuisines equally, maybe Indian a bit more.

north indian food is more flavorful imo. They base their foods on wheat(roti, naan), cream/butter/dairy based side dishes (butter chicken, paneer, saag, drinks like lassi). Also a lot of the street foods like pani puri, samosa, chaat, vada pav, bhel puri are from the north. Desserts like gulab jamun, jalebi, rasgulla, rasmalai, kheer, basundi. seriously north india imo is a paradise for food.

south indian food is based on rice and coconut which is rather very bland. Even when they make it spicy, it's just plain. Idli, upma, dosa, pongal, sambhar, lemon rice, chutney all are coconut and rice based. We even have spicy pickles (search up priya pickles) specifically to add flavor to the food while its not necessary for the north indian food. it makes sense since south india is a tropical region close to equator do thats why they use more coconut, but i just dont like the native food of south india, other than the biryani from hyderabad and haleem. both are muslim dishes from the south and are famous all over the country.

Indian food. I like pretty hot curries (anything you can buy in a jar in a supermarket doesn't count), my personal favourite is one made with the bhut jolokia chili and one of those is around 855,000 scoville units - about the limit of what I can realistically handle whilst still being able to enjoy the taste. But more than that, I think the diversity of Indian food means that you could eat a different dish every night and not get bored, and that's the basis for my decision here.

In my experience, Chinese food has always been a little too sweet and over-processed for me, but it's good in moderation.
