Not at all. Buildings like these were still being erected in early 1900s.
Probably the oldest in this style and still standing are from late 18th century.

These particular ones are definitely not medieval, they're obviously built with modern materials.

Definitely not. See how nicely vertical those houses walls are, and how flat the materials are. See also the neat building foundations. That's not something that used to be done for houses in medieval times. These are modern buildings, at most 200 years old, but probably about 100 yo.

You are wrong, because these buildings don't contain original facedes but much newer ones. We have same buildings in Zagreb upper town and they are centuries older than 19th century.
