I'm not against responsible child care, but this will get personal for me.

Shortly after I was born my parents divorced. My father fought for custody of me for sixteen months in court because my mother was an irresponsible parent. He had to fight for so long because at the time I was born as is now. It was considered very unusual for a father to have sole custody of a child, as fathers are not deemed as effective caregivers. He had already had full custody of my older brother, but he knew that I wouldn't get the proper upbringing if I was left with my mother. Even after he was awarded custody of me, he was consistently harassed by social welfare because of the fact that he was a man he was seen as somehow less capable a parent. Once he won custody he never requested any support from my mother, and after she had lost this battle she turned from our family and never returned. I never have received so much as a phone call from my Mother, and I've never uttered a word to her in my life. She has never sought me out, and I have never felt the urge to question why she would have abandoned her son. Still, I was raised with solid values by my father, and he performed the duty of both parents working his hands to the bone to raise me and my brother but he never once complained. He was, and still is a good man and I realize that I may never live up to his example, and I imagine because of my experience in this that I have some different ideas about reproductive rights, but I don't believe it makes me less of a man.

if you think that banging around without protection and avoiding responsabilities after the things gets to another level is normal, well, or either are you letting your pass be a burden to your present, or you just want to avoid the serious part of life, just like most millenials.
And it's not like I believe the millenials are there to blame, most of their parents were terible, most of millenials didn't had guidence and moral lectures in their upbring, and even those who had it - some got influenced by the mindset of some friends that grew loose... anyway, it's not that complicated, if you really want to avoid something like pregnancy you can. But after you screw things up and got your girl pregnant, you shouldn't be b'''''''g around.
What are you these guys afraid of? To loose the grip on a frivolous life of parties with people that most likelly don't give a s'''t about you... or to play less video-games and spend less time on the internet: to start your family?
The guys are worried about money... when your family is your greatest treasure.

But yes, this talk is about moral values, and if we stand from different perspectives we'll never agree... but if you think you can be a man without carrying for your family, you're no better than any "manly" fag. that express "masculinity" in outside meaningless things like cars and clothes (Hollywood style) like Jack Donovan for instance.

And yes, we cannot pick our parents, but you can be damn sure we can pick our partner, so think about that instead of bang some random girl just because you have the sexual urge.
