I decided to treat myself on Sunday to McDonald's and several days later I'm paying the price. I still feel bloated and like I'm retaining water. Does anyone else experience this? Usually it goes away after a week or more. I think it could be all the MSG's they put in there. All I had was two cheesburgers, medium fries and a chocolate milk shake. I can't imagine eating there every day. It would make me sick.

Why would you even go there ? Did someone put a pistol to the back of your head and forced you eat there ? Otherwise, you're a silly bastard for even going there.

Because it was Sunday after church. But I mainly just wanted a chocolate milk shake , which would be fine. It's the hamburgers and the fries that are loaded with soy is probably the problem.
