Two oil tankers have been attacked in the strategically sensitive Gulf of Oman amid heightened tensions between the US and Iran.

The ships may have been struck by a torpedo, according to some reports.

The latest incident comes after Washington alleged Tehran used mines to attack four oil tankers off the nearby Emirati port of Fujairah last month, a claim denied by Iran.

I guess not:

All 44 crew members of the two oil tankers were safely evacuated. The 23 sailors aboard the Norwegian-owned Front Altair were taken to Iran while 21 more on the Japanese-owned Kokuka Courageous were rescued by a US warship. There did not appear to be any spillage of oil or chemicals.

Norway is a NATO partner and Japan is one of America's Asian allies.

I am not sure about Holland as Holland cannot set any foreign policies. Which Holland do you mean ? North or South ? No, the Netherlands is a NATO partner but no Article 5 has been called in. If the Norwegians would do so, then we have no choice, no.
