Overall it's a result of Capitalism. The "better" thrives and take the key positions. Jews in Poland were able to take control of most factories, banks. They became lawyers, politicians (positions which requires high verbal IQ) and get very wealthy. Given they had 20+ higher IQ levels than the locals. If you let these people to work together in America they surely get to the top in just a matter of time. If I was a machiavellian one then one of my goal would be to destruct a smart population and replace them with people who only cares about party, drugs and irrelevant thing in life.

Please allow me to disagree. This has everything to do with capitalism, as it exists now and has existed for several decades. A global, almost unrestricted capitalism. This economic system is the dominant one in the so called Free World. This system inevitably leads to mass-immigration, multiculturalism, and ... even if it's taboo to say that, race mixing. As I said, I don't believe in 'Illuminati style' conspiracies. However, every group tends to promote their own interests. The economic elites promote their own interests as well. This implies free movement of goods, capital and people. It also implies a weakening of traditional Nation States. Nationalism and ethnic identities are an obstacle to the interests of global finance and multinational corporations, so they oppose them. And since these global elites have control over almost all the media and a huge influence over politicians they can easily promote their own agenda and smear their opponents. In this context, 'Cultural Marxists' and the so called 'New Left' are the 'useful idiots' who help to further that agenda. Maybe this is a simplified model, as reality is always more nuanced than we think, but generally speaking this is what's happening IMO.
