    Default Why Spain???

    Why Spaniards like to represent themselves with arab rythms? I have noticed they rarely using their celtic music and just when they wanna represent some specific region like Galicia, Cantabria, Leon, Castella or Asturias in NATIONAL events. Intertionally they use arabic songs.

    Do not exaggerate like that it just sound a bit "arabic" but not that much Also it's from 2009 so these kind of rythms were not used constantly

    To me Its seems more arabic than celtic, roman or germanic. The pillars of Iberian Peninsula History.

    On the other hand, Spanish music does include Arabic elements left from Moors.
