Trojčindan council was held today in Podgorica, Montenegro and couple thousand people came to support Serbian Orthodox Church in defense of its property after Montenegrin government announced plans to strip it away and give it to so called "Montenegrin Orthodox Church" which is a political product created in 1993.
Majority of churches and monasteries in Montenegro were built during medieval times when Montenegro was integral part of Serbian state. Many of them were build directly by orders of Serbian kings.
