English-speaking South African. Not Afrikaans-speaking South African.
There is a difference between the two. Like Loki, he is an Afrikaans-speaking South African. He also speaks English but his home language is Afrikaans.
My home language is German but I did all my education in English. I also speak Afrikaans but it is my 3rd language.

Yes.Not as much understandable as Serbian.I guess it's a local dialect or so?
It's Italian influenced with strong pronunciation and word elongation with wovels.
