He is from Romanian part of Moldova, 100% sure. I even knew town but I forgot.
That is why he trolled you.
But his result are very atypical for Romanian Moldovan (although he claims it is typical for his region, never provided proof), Stears is lot closer to average Moldovan than him.
I heard he is half Slovak (mother)but he claims it is a lie.
Although his result would actually make perfect sense for half Moldovan half Slovak.
Another weird thing is how he scored 0% mongoloid unlike any Romanian I ever seen. Even Carpatz, from Maramures, scores some. Nurzat too, I dont need to mention Seya.
Strange.

IncelTroll calls Moldovans from RM mongrels (he claim they are 70 percent Romanian 30 percent Russian, like Stears), but he is biggest outlier in here.
How nice )))

These with recent Russian/Ukrainian ancestry will plot much more northern than Davidski samples from Eurogenes, similar to IncelSlayer, plenty of Moldavians from Romania plot near this average, and they wasn't affected by slavic colonisations, like we from RM. Slavic dna here is mostly medieval, not recent, with some visible variations in some areas. An unmixed Moldavian need to plot between Serbian and Moldavian averages in Eurogenes.

Those disasters in Macedonia and Eastern Serbia done by Serbia and later Yugoslavia. The topic is very long and I am sure that you are very much aware of the crimes done back then. Caribrod and Bosilegrad remained Bulgarian because they became part of Serbia much later - after 1919. While the rest of Moravsko was in Serbia since 1878. The story in Macedonia is different.
Which core? The one from the lake of Ohrid till the Black sea and from the Dunabe river till the Eagean sea.
