Only *some* groups of Indonesians, Thais and sometimes Pinoys imo, and this is in reference to ‘standard’, non mongoloid Indians (so excluding Northeast). When you get intto the territory of places such as Vietnam any sort of resemblence diminishes completely

Defnitely. But I think you will see more Indians who can pass as SE Asians among the tribals especially the Austroasiatic Munda and NE Indian ones.

Yes.
I think this famous actor from Thailand (he is from Ayutthaya not sure if it is related to Ayodhya in UP) is sort of example: He seem to have more Caucasoid ancestry than the average Thai. He could have recent South Asian admixture. There used to be a lot of foreigners who settled in Ayutthaya which is the old capital of Siam/Thailand for almost 500 years.
