Yep, looks Levantine or Assyrian to me. I'd lean towards Levantine.

A lot of Sunni Arabs in the north are Arabized and Islamized Assyrians, it forms a significant part of their ancestry but might have some Kurd, Turk or Arabian admix.Arabs from the west are mostly of Bedouin origins. Shia Arabs are mostly from the peninsula but have an Iranian mix at times.
A lot of North Iraqi Sunni Arabs claim Christian ancestry in the past. Tikrit for example was said to have converted to Islam fully by Tamerlane rather than by the Arabs.
