Dark hair seems rather uncommon there, although my grandmother had dark hair. She also had a lot of blonde haired blue eyed people in her family.

I’m usually quite generous with this and I think most Europeans would reasonably pass throughout most of Europe. In your case though, you would look rather weird in here, let alone further east. It is not like absolutely everyone would be instantly able to tell, but still, you look incredibly western.
