It's not hair color that sets you apart, it's your features. I've encountered a lithuanian with your pigmentation but the morphology of his face was different. He had a broader head, stronger cheekbones, more robust in general. I'm sure there are lithuanians and/or russians who might resemble you but they wouldn't be typical.
