It's not difficult at all. Lynn's (same author) 2012 book has an updated list, the book is available online

I even made a map on Lynn's 2012 numbers:

The list that is most frequently posted online is form Lynn's old 2002 book which is mostly made up of very old studies and has laughable claims such as Sierra Leone having equal IQ to Lithuania, Croatia and Ireland.

Qatar=Rich overlords who are generationally rich and peasant servants who don't need to be educated. It's a matter of culture and per-capita metrics. Also IQ doesn't mean emotional intelligence or creative, it means you have mechanical intelligence. People with higher mechanical intelligence are pretty worthless when it comes to innovation.
