It is based on built of sex chromosomes.
Men's sex chromosomes are X and Y(so you can discover Y-DNA as well as mtDNA)

Are you saying women are not influenced by male phenotypes? Maybe I confused genetics with phenotypes, but the substance of the matter is that the two women look similar, and Jennifer Aniston likewise. Maybe it is Greek, but they do not look Slavic or Turkish, or Levantine. They look wholly Western.

They are influenced by phenotypes, but she isn't carrying r1b.
Still, there is nothing as a "r1b look". Maybe skull of first r1b carrier would give us some hints.
Haplotype isn't often overlapping with appearance, especially in Europe. You can be E1b1b and look very Northern/Western.
