I love mango ice cream and think that if happiness had an assigned taste, it would taste like this or fresh mangos lol.
Also, coconut ice cream ftw. I first had it at a Thai restaurant with my mom. My mom used to also buy me fresh coconuts so I could drink and eat the meat as a treat after dinner. There are a lot of wonderful associated memories with the taste.

Yes, coconut ice cream is underrated but the most underrated is green tea ice cream.
