British judge orders disabled 22-week pregnant woman to have abortion.

A British judge ordered Friday that an abortion be performed on a mentally disabled woman who is 22 weeks pregnant, despite objections from the woman and her mother.

Justice Nathalie Lieven admits in the ruling of the “heartbreaking” case that it’s an “immense intrusion” to order the abortion against the woman’s will, but argued that it’s in the best interest of the woman.

I don't think judges should force a female to have an abortion as that's a grave abuse of human rights and it's forcible murder of a baby.

I recently watched a crime documentary from the U.K. about a female who fell in love with a man and they had a brief relationship - until she became pregnant.

The man then wanted nothing more to do with her after he'd made her pregnant.

She found out that he'd lied to her and he was already married to someone else.

He tried to persuade her to get an abortion, but she refused to get an abortion and she said she'd raise the baby alone with the help of her mother and grandmother whilst continuing with her university studies.

The man was worried about having to pay child maintenance and didn't want his wife finding out that he'd cheated on her and had an affair... so he decided to murder the other female and their unborn baby after he'd made her pregnant.

I also saw a similar crime documentary from the U.S. about a policeman who cheated on his wife and made another female pregnant. He tried to pay her to get an abortion and she refused - so then he murdered the female and their unborn baby as she wouldn't get an abortion .... and the cop was sent to jail after murdering the girl and their unborn baby.

I don't see that Judge as being liberal - otherwise he would've let her keep her baby.

I think the judge must be a dictator and someone who is against democratic human rights.

Liberalism here means left-wingism. Liberalism has long since been co-opted by the Left.

I think the woman should just defy the judge's orders for her baby to be murdered. I think she should keep her baby and seek counsel from solicitors/lawyers, human rights groups, Amnesty International, make a complaint to the UK Home Secretary and PM about a judge gravely abusing his powers, and maybe leave the country for a while on a holiday break in Northern Ireland where abortions are totally illegal, and return to England when her baby is due to be born.

Despite the female having a mental disability, she still has human rights and emotions and feelings... and she can receive help and support from her relatives and child support services in raising the baby rather than inhumanely killing the baby which will traumatise the female.
