The meaning of the OP post is the impression, that I share, that the public reaction about the N-word, when it's uttered by whites, seems a bit exaggerated - especially considering that Blacks seem to use it quite liberally (whatever the big lady in the video says).

Here in Hungary we use "néger" word which is the hungarian form of n*gger, and it's pretty normal here and blacks won't be offended because the society don't consider this word as insult. So you can saythe N word in Hungary whatever you want

Well, I wouldn't expect there are many Blacks in Hungary to start with, so that shouldn't be a major issue there.

N-word was used by White people when roasting Black men alive. Do you realize how psycho you have to be to barbecue someone and laugh about it? They probably ate some of the body pieces as well. Whites used to step on pregnant Black women. They used to cut the penises of Black men and clitoris of Black women and all the while they used the n-word. I hope that sinks it. There is a reason we don't like to see White people using the word.
