My Ashkenazi jewish dna

I state that I have never heard of Jews in my family. The only thing that made me a little suspect is my paternal grandmother who told me that her mother's mother was half Italian (on her mother's side) while her father identified herself as "transilvanian saxon" even though she was not (something very curious). In your opinion, how long did my Jewish ancestor live?
As for the 23andme relatives I have 100% Jewish cousins from the 3rd-Great-Grandparents.

You likely have one AJ G-G-G-G grandparent or something like that. Northeastern Balkan’s does have some history of migrating Ashkenazim. A Bessarabian AJ perhaps?

I also thought of the Ashkenazi of Bessarabia, also because I happened to meet many "Ackerman" among my distant cousins. Ackerman is the Turkish name of the city "Cetatea Alba / Bilgorod".
