    Default Beringian on GEDmatch

Neither my mother nor my father gets a lot of (if any) Beringian on Gedmatch. My father however usually gets around 8% Siberian+East Asian. My brother doesn't get any Siberian however his Beringian shoots up to around 4%, depending on the calculator. For my results it's mostly Siberian.
How can this be? And what exactly is Beringian? Is it ancient for West Eurasians? Or do you think it's from the turkic side?

East Siberian. On some calculators my husband who is Hungarian scores up to 4%, but I think these calculators exeggerate east eurasian admixture.

It's some type of North Mongoloid/Siberian. In small amounts it might as well be noise.

It is component based on Chukchis or Koryaks, maybe eastern Inuits too (from Chukotka).
