The late Portuguese author Jose Saramago said this about Israel:
Intoxicated mentally by the messianic dream of a Greater Israel which will finally achieve the expansionist dreams of the most radical Zionism; contaminated by the monstrous and rooted 'certitude' that in this catastrophic and absurd world there exists a people chosen by God and that, consequently, all the actions of an obsessive, psychological and pathologically exclusivist racism are justified; educated and trained in the idea that any suffering that has been inflicted, is being inflicted or will be inflicted on everyone else, especially the Palestinians, will always be inferior to that which they themselves suffered under the Holocaust, the Jews endlessly scratch their own wound to keep it bleeding, to make it incurable, and to show the world as if it were a banner. Israel seizes hold of the terrible words of God in Deuteronomy: 'Vengeance is mine, and I shall be repaid'. Israel wants all of us to feel guilty, directly or indirectly, for the horrors of the Holocaust; Israel wants us to renounce the most elemental critical judgement and for us to transform ourselves into the docile echo if its will'.
Now here is my version about Cuba:
Intoxicated mentally by the messianic dream of a supreme Leader that will finally achieve the dreams of the most radical Marxism; contaminated by the monstrous and rooted 'certitude' that in this catastrophic and absurd world there exists a Vanguard Party and that, consequently, all the actions and crimes of a brutal, uncompromising and totalitarian State are justified in the name of 'Revolution' and 'anti-imperialism'; educated and trained in the idea that any suffering that the Cuban Government has inflicted, is inflicting or will inflict on everyone else, especially the Miami exiles and their families, will always be inferior to that which Cubans and other Latin Americans suffered as a result of the US and its various client regimes, the Cubans endlessly scratch their own wound to keep it bleeding, to make it incurable, and to show the world as if it were a banner. Cuba ironically proves its national hero Jose Marti's words: 'Man has to suffer. When he has no real afflictions, he invents some,' while not heeding his words: 'Liberty is the right of every man to be honest, to think and to speak without hypocrisy.' Cuba wants all of us to feel guilty, directly or indirectly, for the horrors of its history of colonialism and slavery; Cuba wants us to renounce the most elemental critical judgement and for us to transform ourselves into the docile echo if its will'.

In my opinion both folks have very interesting aspects...
But talking about both governments, I don't like neither.
Cuban people have some important rights (the only positive aspect of the revolution) but of course in the rest Cuba is practically a jail of the system.
And the worst is tourists have all the rights while the cubans don't.
And about Israel, decades ago governments were more conscious and closed to a social-democracy.
Current government is overturned to the neoliberalism, very insensitive and finally very disrespectful with his neightbours.
So, I don't support neither.

Very interesting indeed, good job, I agree in almost all or all aspects are written in both paragraphs.
In both cases the victimization is the most important strategy, because they finish justifying all their abuses in Israel against their neightbours and in Cuba against any cubar citizen who disagree with the regime.

Commies ruined Cuba? By ruined do you mean not turned into a violent narco-state like most other countries in the region, along with having one of the lowest poverty rates in Latin America and highest education levels?
Not every ethnicity is compatible with democracy(atleast if you want a reasonably prosperous outcome).
The Guanche skulls as a whole are unlike those of modern European Mediterraneans, and resemble northern European series most closely, especially those in which a brachycephalic element is present, as in Burgundian and Alemanni series.oldschool anthropologydivided them into clearly differentiated types, which include a Mediterranean, a Nordic, a "Guanche," and an Alpine. The "Guanche" accounts for 50 per cent of the whole on the four islands of Teneriffe, Gomera, Gran Canaria, and Hierro; the Nordic for 31 per cent, the Mediterranean for 13 per cent, and the Alpine
