    I can tell that map is off straight away, because there's slavic cultures like the Zarubintsy culture which date back to 300 BC. 400-500 AD is more accurate for mass slavic expansionism, where individual tribes spread and formed the early basis of nations, but not for the proto slavic ethnogenesis which was much much earlier.
