Why? We can have the best of both worlds. For example, my country received chinese males for the most part. I think it would be a good idea for host countries to also focus on gender at the time of choosing possible immigrants. Depending on the place of origin, females could be more benefitial than men or vice versa.

According to statistics both russian and Chinese at least in western countries date their own people most so they should have opposite gender for dating.
