Not in my country. Here most chinese were male (coolies) and married locals. And the few russian females married our locals when they got scholarships in the USSR. So your "western" stats are meaningless to LatAm.

This is a hard one here

Russians
Pros: I like their toughness, they were wrestling legends and they fight with bears
Cons: They can be highly into illegal activities such as prostitution, child trafficking and scamming. Their cuisine is nasty as fuck!

Chinese
Pros: They are clean people, very organize, intelligent and discipline people, plus their food is delicious
Cons: They have a very backwards culture where they eat crazy stuff such as dogs, cats, donkey among other things, they are very cold to.

So yes, this decision is very hard

Do I want tough vodka drinking mofos fighting off bears in the snow while they have a prostitution organization
or do I want thousands of dogs and cats to go missing within a period of 50 years all while our science and discoveries skyrocket

this is very tough!! FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!!!!!

If by Russians you mean ethnic Slavic Russians and not some Caucasus immigrants then I'm voting for Russians.
Russians and Poles - one big Slavic family

I don't mind Chinese either. They are hardworking, intelligent etc.
