I'm not aware of Y-DNA studies, only mtDNA.
They probably do this so that they can use both male and female samples.

Probably; there's no Dacian samples though, so we don't know their autosomal breakdown (and thus can't compare with modern peoples in terms of IBD) and there's no Y or MTdnas so we can't compare in that sense either.

There were many other ethnicity in present day romania: scythians, alans, sarmatians, bulgars, magyars, cumans, slavs, goths, vandals, latins, huns, ottomans, tatars, greeks, neolithic europeans, mesolithis europeans and yes dacians too, romanians are descedants of these peoples. Romania is one of the most mixed area in the world along with central europe or balkans:

No mention of dacians. There are only 9 samples from the Late Bronze Age that came from graves located in Transilvania. So this is speculative at best. Samples from 1000BC to 100AD or even better from 300BC to 100AD is what is required.
