Yes. Dacians we're probably Mediterranean racial strain and most "dark" Romanians descend from them. Slavic settlement made Romanians lighter and more northern. We have a Thracian DNA sample and it was very Sardinian-like.

what is it with dacians and wolves??? seya also got called a dacian shewolf,

it was part of their war culture. there are many wolves in the Carpathians, and I imagine far more 2000 years ago.

now, you could have had the occasional blond Dacian (noted by Greeks), but it's pretty safe to say that the darker types were dominant.
