They are a pre Greek people, that's how they were described by the Greeks themselves.
There are many theories about their language, some connected more with the Thracian others with modern Albanian.
One thing is for sure, you can't call the Philistines Greek!

Nothing in Davidski's article that mentions anything explicitly Greek.
He just states his opinion that they came from Mediterranean Europe and also models them as half Minoans who are the best samples when it comes to any pre Greek people and of course the Minoans weren't Greeks.

There are no Greeks found to belong to this subclade but there are Albanians and Armenians.
