I rarely use it , but if I do it's for persons of germanic/Celtic/nordic/anglo origin(non slavic, non med, non asiatic-influenced, europeans of northern/central/Western European descent)...

in certain contexts, the term is used as a substitute for caucasian, and in those cases, we must include all europeans, Menas, and certain persons from central and South Asia
