Well, Zaev is right. Its a well acted propaganda to discredit a prowestern politician. And yes, Macedonian church should be recognized by the Constantinople patriarch. The fact that it is still regarded as part of the Serbian one is absurd and it is not based on any historic data. If anything, it is a descedant (like the Bulgarian patriarchate) of the Archbishopric of Justiniana Prima and all Bulgaria and other medieval Bulgarian patriarchates.

There are protocols for communication between officials from different countries. If you know protocols you can pretend to be someone in some office and schedule time for call. In case of these two guys one is making reservation and another posing as an official. This way they even pranked some US senators.
