I think they are at least geographically and ethnically European. But being Muslim, they belong to Islamic civilization, not Christian European civilization. I think the whole Caucasus region is close to Europe in many ways. Especially the Christian peoples there are closer to Europe.

Anyway, the problem with chechens is not skin color, there are uralic people with slanted eyes in Siberia who have both lighter skin and hair than South Europeans and Balkans, but that doesn't change the fact that their facial structure is not Euro

As a group Chechens are far less European than Koreans. Cypriots are Eruopean by culture and mentality, though they look different from mainlanders. Looks don't determine Europeaness, only for little halfwits such as yourself - they do.
