Wasn't that massive? Ridiculous. The First Bulgarian Legion under Vasil Levski was set up in Belgrade. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bulgarian_Legion

Reminds me heavily of the organized internal Macedonian revolutionary organization meetings in Sofia.

And of course there’s nothing wrong with this. It shows Balkan Christians helping each other against the common Islamic ottoman enemy.

But what we should do now is respect other nations around us. That includes respecting Macedonians and their heroes like Goce Delcev.

Your historical figure Georgi Rakovski/Popovich used to go to Belgrade. It was a way to organise revolutions, and discuss ideas that were not permitted in the Ottoman Empire. Ofcourse Rakovski was not Serb though.
In fact your folks were visiting Bulgaria so often, and for so long, they ended up speaking the same language with the Bulgarians!!!

Yes, sure... they decided to side with the NAZIs, and you did exactly the same!!!

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metodi_Shatorov

The Makedonishtani Regional Committee refused to remain in contact with the YCP and linked up with BCP as soon as the invasion of Yugoslavia started.[10] Sharlo refused to distribute the proclamation of the YCP which called for military action against the Bulgarians.[11] He also became prominent with his anti-Serbian political views. The local committee of the YCP realised that the Bulgarian army liberated the local population from the oppressive and despised Serbian bondage. Shatorov, a dedicated anti-fascist, was credited with the slogan "One people, one country, one party", by which he approved the Bulgarian invasion.[12] For him not the Bulgarians, but the Serbs were the occupiers of Makedonishtan.[13]
I won't even mention the actual VroMeRO because all of its' leaders were Bulgarians: Mihailov, Protogerov, Delcev, Gruev, Alexandrov, Tatarchev, Chernozemski e.t.c. e.t.c.

Both instances of this scheme lasted for no more than a year.

Reminds me heavily of the organized VroMeRO meetings in Sofia.
Which lasted more than half a century. In fact, this establishment flourished in Bulgaria, not in the Ottoman empire or Greece or Serbia. It barely existed outside of Bulgaria...

Surprisingly virtually none of you found refugee in Greece. I wonder why...

The Bulgarian hero Goge Delcev was an utter failure, he didn't even participate in any proper revolution...

Failure? We have an independent Macedonian state today, albeit on a fraction of the territory originally envisaged.

What does that have to do with the Bulgarian hero Goce Delcev?

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gotse_Delchev

Do you think he imagined your fiefdom as it is today, instead of a Bulgarian state?
