First of all, the Bulgarian emigration towards Serbia for organising revolution wasn't that massive. You cannot compare it with the actions of VMRO in Bulgaria.

Second, Macedonians weren't considered as foreigners in Bulgaria, the same way Bulgarians in Serbia were regarded. They took high positions in the country....like Aleksandar Protogerov for example, one of my favourite figures from that period of history.

Reminds me heavily of the organized internal Macedonian revolutionary organization meetings in Sofia.

But what we should do now is respect other nations around us. That includes respecting Macedonians and their heroes like Goce Delcev.

Why? What that I said was wrong? Makedonishtanis went to Sofia and had commitee meetings and then went back into Makedonishtan.

Your historical figure Georgi Rakovski/Popovich used to go to Belgrade. It was a way to organise revolutions, and discuss ideas that were not permitted in the Ottoman Empire. Ofcourse Rakovski was not Serb though.

In fact your folks were visiting Bulgaria so often, and for so long, they ended up speaking the same language with the Bulgarians!!!

At one point, yes, Bulgaria was a safe havan for us in history. Thanks to the fact they gained independence before us. But a lot of the brotherhood was undone during world war II when they decided to side with Nazis.

I won't even mention the actual VroMeRO because all of its' leaders were Bulgarians: Mihailov, Protogerov, Delcev, Gruev, Alexandrov, Tatarchev, Chernozemski e.t.c. e.t.c.

Which lasted more than half a century. In fact, this establishment flourished in Bulgaria, not in the Ottoman empire or Greece or Serbia. It barely existed outside of Bulgaria...
