It depends on what Russians want. They could either expel Central Asians to Mongolia and give cheap land to Russian settlers or force Central Asians to undergo the process of Russification as in erasing their Central Asian heritage and Islamic religion in lieu of a Russian one.

Except Central Asian countries are not European. The US attacked a sovereign European nation, there's a huge difference. Had the Russian Empire survived the Bolshevik Revolution, I think Central Asia could have remained part of Russia today not part of foreign, Islamic states.
