I'd rather see a neo-Mongol empire to give the Russians a bit of a challenge

Well there are a few thousand Russians in pretty much most central asian countries. I heard it was to watch over the colonized terrorities.
I've had it with the bloody Mongols, they destroyed all ancient Zoroastrian writings and teachings and murdered 3.5 million native iranians.

asia is only east asia, the rest is near east, middle east etc. central asia is not asia at all but is a part of europe. kyrgyzstan and the others should join the european union, russia too

I think that the Russians should withdraw from the Caucasus into the areas which are ethnic Russian so they can stay out of that viper den and that the Caucasians and Central Russians that are living in Russia and the Russians living in those areas will be subjected to a population swap.
When it comes to Central Asia there are borders that can be rearranged in Russia's favour. In Kazakhstan the Ural will become the border between Russia and Kazakhstan so that Oral and Atyrau (formerly known as Guryev) will become Russian and the same goes for the lands bordering the Irtysj so that for instance Öskemen (Ust-Kamenogorsk) will become Russian.
Wake up and smell the coffee.
