It might not be easy to find but it's worth looking for it, because fertility rate can't be faked in the way NGOs do it. They usually say "gypsies do not declare themselves as such", but moving women that self-declared non-gypsy to the gypsy group can only lower the gypsy fertility rate because pretty much all other ethnicities have a lower fertility rate than gypsies.
So the fertility rate for the self-acknowledged gypsies is as high as the gypsy fertility rate can go. If it's not much higher than 2, then it's within reasonable limits, and not much demographic change is to be expected (considering all other factors, like higher mortality among gypsies, nomadism etc).
