they are not actually...You find more southern european women who dyed their hair than north africans she's just an exception. She's a berber activist so she's far from having racial insecurities

Dying hair has nothing to do with RACIAL insecurity, has much more to do with an easy way to stand out and catch the eyes of others without need much effort (like having a great athletic body that many are eager to touch), and those who dye hair yellow and are not from nordic/slavic branches, or red not being from celtic heritage is probably because, since it exist naturally in some humans, looks more reasoanable and less radical than to dye pink/purple etc
