The electric atmosphere here is very tense with a lot of loud bursts of cheering from the crowds here over the last 30 mins, as Lord's Cricket Ground ('The Home of Cricket') where the world cup game is being held is just up the road from my home.

I love both countries... Kiwis feel like my relatives... so I'm happy for both teams, but it would be nice for England to win this as cricket was invented in this country... and the game is being played on our own ground... so it would be nice to win on our own ground, especially at Lord's.

A very dramatic and tense game. Congrats and hats off to NZ though for playing amazingly well. (The Kiwis gave the Pommies a tough time as it was no easy win, but a very close shave which could've easily have gone the other way.)
