French was the only choice in school? We started with Spanish as the only foreign language class around age 11, then in high school we got to choose between the other main Euro languages.

Speaking. I try to teach myself how to speak like Black Americans, but it's easy when you don't live in a Black American neighborhood.

    Speaking, I think.

Speaking with non-native speakers is quite simple. They can understand you easily if you don't have really heavy accent. On the other hand, speaking with native speakers is little bit difficult. You have to use correct words with excellent pronunciation and grammar. Also, British, American and Australian accents are quite different than each others. In the beginning, I was spelling my last name when they ask for me, they couldn't even understand Z (I was using British one like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2ehrR6j_D4E).

Understanding certain local variants of the language - due to regional vocabulary and idioms aswell as different accents. The standard form for me is American English.

I struggled with every aspect of it. But moving to Australia for university I was working hard on reading and writing to get good scores in university and it took a while but lost abit (alot) of Greek in the process over past 13 years living here. Some things in English language just doesnt come naturally.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Definition of untrustworthy and loose character are those that don't believe in God.

Understanding speech >>>>> Pronunciation of this sound: think > Speaking

Writing is easy, reading is no problem at all.
    Do what you should.
