Same I mean, your skin can be white, you can look European but if your dads African, you are African. Ethnicity can be wiped out by recombination and by cultural change, men are always the sons of their fathers, it's pretty much absolute. Not saying that you have to go back to caveman times to determine who you are. But for examples Scandinavians were called such and such son of such and such, your fathers lineage determines your status. If your dad is Irish and your mom is Hawaiian you don't adopt your moms culture, you adopt your fathers culture.

He say IE languages are originally of I people, and R1a/R1b invaders when arrived in Europe commited genocide on I people and took their women. Children born from R1 men and native women learned language from mothers and on that way R1 in Europe lost Turkic and started to speak IE language.
R1* exist among Amerindians around Great Lakes. R is cousin of mongoloid-amerindian Q. The oldest R1a is founded in Altay and R1b in central Asia.

Yes, R/Q both came from haplogroup P which split off; same with how I and J both come from parent haplogroup IJ. R1 is very high in Turkic peoples. Tajiks are 64% R1a.

Indigenous peoples in east Siberia, like the Kamchatkans also have fair amounts of R1a.

The out of India theory is pretty dead though; there was a paper coming out of Mumbai which apparently gave new evidence to the contrary, but we know so far oldest R1 comes from central Asia. High frequency doesn't always=place of origin, look at I2a1b which is 71% in parts of Herzegovina but has Ukrainian origin where its only 20%.

R1 is high in Turkic/central Asian peoples and in far east native Siberians (who are ancestral to native Americans), Kyrgyz people are also over 60% R1a.
