If we’d go with the literal interpretation of this - ‘What group has more blood around the World’, than the first place will probably have to go to Iberians. There are around seven hundred millions of Latin Americans, most of whom have significant Iberian ancestry, alone. And that is not counting actual Iberians and our ancestors elsewhere to the Iberian total. The US population is indeed huge, but even if I overlook the fact that the significant portion of it is flat out non-white with little to no British ancestry, an average white American is an euromutt anyway.

So, are they less than Portuguese descendants worldwide or on par?

White Brazilians are predominantly portuguese, many are over 3/4 portuguese and other milions are 1/2 or 1/4. That already like 80 milion people.

Pardos along with whites are also heavily iberian and they are the other half of the brazilian population, most of them are 55-75% euro and mostly portuguese. Thats other 75 milion people.

Black brazilians are mulatos so half portuguese. Thats more 15 milion people.

More the portuguese population of 10 milion.

More diasporas in Canada, Uruguay, Venezuela South Africa, France, USA and Australia.

No, they're not. Only 18 million Americans reported German as their single ancestry in 1980, and 26% of the US population (c.85% white at that time) reported as having German ancestry.

Even accounting for all the self-reported part Germans that you are considering as German, it only adds up to about 65-70 million in all of the Americas.
