Those Thracian "words" are letter sequences taken from Thracian names, fished for similarity to other languages. Unfortunately this technique proves nothing.

Even assuming those letter sequences aactual words they only point to the common indo-european roots.
Why texts on Thracian language are hidden from public?
Thracians were not def-mute before Romans, they had own language and they were high developed culture.

No Thracian text was preserved, sadly. The same goes for Dacian texts.
We know that an extensive literature existed in antiquity about Thracians and Dacians, but in Medieval times these books were not considered important and were not copied any further.

Thracians/Dacians used the "s" suffix similarly to the Greeks.

Names, unlike words, were preserved on actual Thracian inscriptions.
Greek is Centum. It is generally agreed that Thracian exhibited Satem features like Slavic.

Centum/Satem distinction is thought of as meaningless today.

"It is no longer thought that the Proto-Indo-European language split first into centum and satem branches from which all the centum and all the satem languages, respectively, would have derived. Such a division is made particularly unlikely by the discovery that while the satem group lies generally to the east and the centum group to the west, the most eastward of the known IE language branches, Tocharian, is centum."

    Exactly. He was Belarusian-like.

It's meaningless because there was no obvious linguistic/cultural divide between the languages classified as centum and satem, as originally thought.

And let's not forget my point: Thracian names were distinct from Slavic names, not just because they used the "s" suffix for their names, like the Greeks. Thracians used the Greek alphabet, and probably the same spelling rules, that's why they have the "s" at the end.
