Default Belgrade to Sarajevo: How's it done?

How to get from Belgrade to Sarajevo? Has anyone ever done it before, and can shed some light?

It's about 300km, so it would take you approximately 60h of walking if you do it at an average speed of about 5km/h.
You'll have to speed up if you want to arrive at your destination any sooner.

I'd take a train, but i don't think there is one between them. Well, not a direct train anyway. I'd rather avoid planes where ever possible. Car rentals is a option, but doubt you can pick up a car from Belgrade, and drop it off in Sarajevo.

Yeah there isnt a line between Belgrade and Sarajevo by train as far as i am aware. You could take bus, they are better than trains in Serbia because trains are slow asf and are often late.

I think there might be a bus line via Užice. Otherwise maybe go to Bijeljina and from there to Sarajevo via Goražde or Tuzla.

If you go through Užice I would recommend stopping by Zlatibor and/or Mokra Gora.

Best option is bus, there is direct frequent bus line Belgrade-Bijeljina-Banja Luka so I guess from Bijeljina there must be line for Sarajevo.

Yes I've been thinking about Mokra Gora. Saw some pics and thought it looks good.

Though, the only reason i'm thinking of going Bosnia is to see Mostar.
