I am quitting smoking

On January 1, 2020 after I wake up i will stop smoking cigar.

I have no health or financial problems, but I want to put my self-control to the test.

You are my witnesses.

Good for you, although cigar enjoyed once in a while is not nearly as bad as compulsive cigarette smoking.the most noticeable benefit if you quit smoking cigar will be your gums will be less inflammed.

i wanna do a similar thing with alcohol, i still havent decided if after my 25th or 30th birthday , i' ll stop drinking all together any kind of alcoholic beverage.

the problem is i smoke 5 to 6 cigars daily. so you can call it compulsive "disorder". reducing seems not a good solution because after a few days I smoke more than before. the best thing is to stop.

I don't drink every day, but when I feel like it, I can drink a bottle of whiskey or cognac (within a few hours). when the weather is good, I love drinking beer. wine and anise drinks go well together with food. I would not stop drinking.

Then yes, for example I concede myself a Toscano once or max twice a week.

about alcohol I really accuse it more the more time passes (I may drink less than my high school "party" years but seems to be exactly that the reason, I am making myslef less used to it. so I'll take advantage of the positive trend), and to all of this i really don't like not being in control so that's a reason too.
