Has anyone else had issues with recieving their raw data orders from this company.
I uploaded my raw data and paid for the ancestry service 1 and half weeks ago and still have not got my results.
I have been emailing them for last 3 days , they keep saying will arrive yesterday but I still have not recieved anything.
I think if this continues I will ask for a refund.

Got my results today not happy at all with them. completely unreflective of my actual genetic ancestry.





The 12% North Caucasian really caught me off guard. as far as I know I have 0 ancestry from that region and no commercial tests have given me any. the 27% Ukrainian also confused me as I have no recent ancestors from Ukraine also the little bits of Italian, French, Albanian. Also odd.
