You're forgetting the early 20th century when we were slaughtered by Kurds. Last time I checked, it wasn't the Arabs, not until the Simele Massacre in the 1930s. Besides, Saddam Hussein did protect Assyrians, especially over the Kurds (whether it was in spite of them, I don't know). In Iraq and Syria, Assyrians got along better with Arabs anyway. Some of our closest friends and neighbours have always been Arabs. So I'm not sure what you mean here. Daesh/Al Qaeda are an Islamic terrorist groups, and they include non-Arabs as well.

Of course Assyrians have a big mouth against the Kurds considering their hostility towards us throughout history. Even today, they can be pretty belligerent. We may have a big mouth, but least we don't have a big hand. Hands can hurt, mouths will not.

P.S. You seem to be into the whole Kurdish/Assyrian/Turkish thing. Are you even "Vietnamese"? I doubt someone all the way from southeast Asia would be interested in Assyrian/Kurdish relations.

It was 100 years ago. An dif they were not killed by the Kurds, they would be killed by the Turks. And if Kurds didn't exist at all, there would be no Assyrian left on this planet.

Well, the Kurdish areas are more prosperous and also rather safe than Baghdad and other Iraqi cities, which have the odd terrorist attacks. Better being safe than sorry. Plus, nobody is saying that Kurds are monsters, going out to hunt and kill all Assyrians. But some Kurds can definitely be belligerent towards us. Again, your "without this, it will be that" is a logical fallacy. It doesn't help your argument, sorry to say.

Ezidi Kurds haven't done anything bad to us. So why are you hostile towards Assyrians in general? We only tend to have a problem with (some of) the Islamic Kurds. You guys are never badmouthed. And we both have been victims of ISIS. There is no hatred between your people and ours.
