Seems to be somewhere inline of probably 40-45% levantine, 15% Berber and around 40% Southern European (Spanish and Italian)

What's surprising is the detailed regions he got for Spain. Very common in Tangires and they received many converso Jews from Spain up to the 17th and even 18th century.

It varies by the region. He is from the North.

Very interesting. I'm not sure why I assumed it was Turkic. I have a couple Ashkenazi matches in 23andme with haplogroup Q as well.

It's found throughout Europe (not literally everywhere, but at least one department of France has it approaching double digit integer percentages) as well, nowhere near where any Turks or Mongols ever were (not that Mongols carry Q1b at high levels).
