    Great move this is smart plan, hope they implement the same strategy here in the states . I really hate cigs they destroy peoples lives (mostly love ones) .

    Cigarettes don't 'destroy lives', stupid people destroy their lives with cigarettes. Same goes for cocaine, gambling/lotto tickets, whatever. If people are stupid enough to smoke 2 packs/day for 40 years or whatever, that's their own choice, and besides we're probably better off without them.

    Correct many of them are stupid, but there are plenty of smart ones as well who know better, but nicotine its addictive like any other bad drugs so therefore it's also the companies that produce cigarettes fault.

    Yeah, but as with any drug, people know it's not healthy and potentially addictive, but people do them anyways. With all the illegal drugs, people find ways to get them, so I'm sure there would just be a large black market in cigarettes, with profits going to criminal gangs instead of normal stores, if they banned cigarettes, just like is the case with all the drugs which are illegal.

    I think its stupid to ban cigarettes , just tax the hell out of them , that would make many cut down and then quit
